  • تضم مجموعة متنوعة من الأطعمة من المجموعات الغذائية الرئيسية: الفاكهة والخضروات والحبوب الكاملة ومشتقات الحليب قليلة الدسم والبروتين خفيف الدهن، يشمل ذلك الفاصولياء، والبقوليات الأخرى والمكسرات والبذور والدهون الصحية.
  • توفر إرشادات حول مقدار الطعام الذي يجب اختياره من كل مجموعة.
  • تتضمن الأطعمة التي يمكنك العثور عليها في متجر البقالة المحلي، بدلًا من الأطعمة المتوفرة في المتاجر المتخصصة أو الفاخرة فقط.
  • تناسب ذوقك ونمط حياتك وميزانيتك.

تحدث أيضًا مع طبيبك حول المخاطر الصحية. على سبيل المثال، قد ينصحك بتناول الأطعمة التي تحتوي على نسبة منخفضة من الصوديوم إذا كنت مصابًا بارتفاع ضغط الدم.
