Thai peanut beef

Serves 2

Tip: This is quicker than ordering Thai takeout. Serve with brown rice and broccoli or bok choy.

  1. Add 5 tablespoons soy sauce.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons chopped scallions.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon vinegar.
  7. Add 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
  8. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  9. Add 1 tablespoon ginger powder.
  10. Add 8 ounces beef tenderloins and marinate for 30 minutes in fridge.
  11. Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
  12. Sear beef on both sides.
  13. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 F.
