Shrimp kebabs

Serves 2

Tip: Make this quick weeknight shrimp with the dried herbs in your pantry. For a special occasion, use fresh rosemary and tarragon.

  1. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  2. Add juice of 1 lemon.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon dried rosemary.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon dried tarragon.
  5. Add 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic.
  6. Add 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
  7. Add 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
  8. Place 12 peeled and deveined shrimp into marinade.
  9. Let stand 5 minutes.
  10. Arrange on 2 soaked wood skewers.
  11. Place on grill.
  12. Cook 2 minutes on each side.
