Tip: Remoulade pairs perfectly with seafood. Add chipotle peppers, dill or capers to create different flavors.

  1. Add 1 cup light mayonnaise
  2. Add 1 tablespoon orange juice
  3. Add 1 teaspoon orange zest
  4. Add pinch of salt
  5. Mix well.
