Citrus vinaigrette

Tip: Experiment with various citrus juices in concentrated form. Look for lemon, lime, blood orange or grapefruit.

  1. Add 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate.
  2. Add 1 cup water.
  3. Add 1/2 cup canola oil.
  4. Add 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar.
  5. Add pinch of ground black pepper.
  6. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  7. Add 1 tablespoon fresh thyme.
  8. Add 2 tablespoons honey.
  9. Blend until smooth.
