Avocado aioli

Serves 12

Tip: Spread this aioli on your favorite sandwich or use as a dip with fresh vegetables.

  1. Add 2 medium avocados.
  2. Add 1 cup 1% cottage cheese.
  3. Add 1 medium onion.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
  6. Add 1 garlic clove.
  7. Add 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
  8. Add 1 teaspoon onion powder.
  9. Add 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
  10. Add 1 small jalapeno pepper.
  11. Process until smooth.
  12. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
