التعرق الليلي هو عبارة عن تكرار نوبات التعرق الشديد الذي قد يبل ملابسك أو فراشك، وهو يرتبط بحالة مرضية أو اعتلال.

وقد تستيقظ بين الحين والآخر بعد التعرق الشديد لاسيِّما إِذا كنت مُلتحفاً بكثير من الأغطية أو إِذا كانت غرفتك دافئة جداً. ورغم الإزعاج الذي تُسببه نوبات التعرق هذه إلا أنها لا تُصَنَّف دوماً كتعرق ليلي، كما أنها عادةً ما لا تُشير إِلى مشكلة صحية.

ويرتبط التعرق الليلي عموماً بالحمى ونقص الوزن والألم الموضعي والسُعال والإسهال وغيرها من الأعراض التي تُثير المخاوف.
