اطلب الرعاية الطبية على الفور

اطلب من أحد الأشخاص أن يصطحبك بالسيارة للحصول على الرعاية العاجلة أو إلى وحدة الطوارئ إذا شعرت بما يلي:

  • ألم شديد
  • حُمّى
  • دم في البراز
  • غثيان وقيء مستمران
  • نقص الوزن
  • تغير لون الجلد
  • إيلام شديد عند لمس البطن
  • تورم البطن

إذا كنت قلقًا بسبب ألم البطن الذي تشعر به، أو استمر الألم لأكثر من بضعة أيام.

وفي الوقت نفسه، حاول تجربة بعض الخطوات لتخفيف حدة الألم. على سبيل المثال، تناول وجبات أصغر إذا كان الألم مصحوبًا باضطرابات الهضم واشرب كمية كافية من السوائل. تجنب أخذ المسكنات أو الملينات المتاحة دون وصفة طبية دون إرشادات الطبيب.
