يُمكن أن يكون النوم على المعدة مُجهداً لظهرك. فإن لم تكن قادراً على النوم بأي وضعية أُخرى ضع وسادة تحت الحوض وأسفل البطن لتقليل الإجهاد على ظهرك. واستعمل وسادة تحت رأسك إِن لم تكن مُجهِدة للظهر إِلى حد كبير. وإِذا كان ذلك يُسبب الإجهاد فجرب النوم بدون وضع وسادة تحت الرأس.
