7 个不容忽视的体征和症状

    留意重要的体征和症状(从原因不明的体重减轻到突然的闪光幻觉),了解何时需要就医。

    如有胸部疼痛、突然失去视力或言语能力以及严重胃疼,需要立即就医。但如果症状比较轻微怎么办? 您可能很难判断什么时候需要就医。以下是 7 种需要注意的症状。

    1. 原因不明的体重下降

    未刻意减重的情况下体重下降,可能是健康问题的迹象。很多状况可能引起体重无故减轻,包括甲状腺机能亢进(甲状腺功能亢进症)、糖尿病、抑郁症、肝病、癌症或干扰身体吸收营养物质的疾病(吸收不良)。

    如果您在过去 6 到 12 个月内体重下降了 5% 以上,请咨询医务人员。

    2. 持续发热或高烧

    发热似乎在对抗感染方面起到关键作用。持续发热可能表示已经感染 COVID-19 等疾病。如果您出现发热,并伴有咳嗽和疲劳等症状,请立即咨询医务人员获取医疗建议。医务人员可能建议您进行 COVID-19 检测。如果您出现紧急的 COVID-19 症状,如呼吸困难,请立即就医。如果您需要前往医院,请提前电话联系。这样医务人员就可以采取措施,确保其他人不受感染。

    发热也可能是许多其他传染病的症状,例如尿路感染、结核病等。有些药物会导致发热。

    如果您的体温达到 39.4℃(103℉)或更高,请致电医务人员。如果您发热超过三天,请致电医务人员。

    3. 气短

    剧烈运动、极端温度、肥胖和高海拔都可能导致气短。气短也可能是其它健康问题的体征。如果您出现原因不明的气短,特别是突然出现且情况很严重,请寻求紧急医疗护理。

    导致气短的原因可能包括慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管炎、哮喘、感染性肺炎或肺部血凝块(肺栓塞)。其他病因包括心肺问题。呼吸困难也可能在惊恐发作时出现,惊恐发作是指在没有真正危险或明显原因的情况下,突然出现的触发严重生理反应的强烈焦虑。

    4. 不明原因的排便习惯改变

    正常的排便情况差别很大。如果您发现以下异常或不明原因的排便变化,请咨询医务人员:

    • 血便、黑便或柏油便
    • 持续性腹泻或便秘
    • 胃痛不止

    排便习惯改变可能是细菌感染(例如弯曲杆菌或沙门菌感染)或者病毒或寄生虫感染的体征。其他可能的原因包括肠易激疾病和结肠癌。

    5. 意识模糊或性格改变

    如果您突发以下情况,请寻求医疗救治:

    • 思维能力差
    • 难以集中注意力
    • 行为改变

    许多问题都可能导致这些变化,例如感染、脱水、营养不良、心理健康状况或药物。

    6. 吃一点点就感觉饱了

    如果您经常过早或在饭量低于平时的情况下出现饱腹感,请就医检查。在出现这种感觉(称为早期饱腹感)的同时,可能还伴有恶心、呕吐、腹胀或体重减轻。如果是这样,一定要将这些症状也告诉医务人员。

    早期饱腹感可能的诱因包括胃食管反流病(即常说的 GERD)和消化性溃疡。有时,诱因可能是更加严重的问题,比如胃癌。

    7. 闪光

    看到亮点或闪光有时可能是偏头痛的体征。如果不是,突然的闪光也可能是视网膜脱离的迹象,具体表现为眼睛后部的薄层组织从其位置脱离,这是一种严重的状况。立即就诊有助于防止永久性视力下降。
