手麻木

    定义

    单手或双手麻木感是指手或手指失去感觉。手麻木往往伴随其他变化,比如针扎感、灼热感或刺痛感。您可能感觉手臂、手或手指笨拙或无力。

    麻木感可能沿着单手或双手的某一条神经发生。

    原因

    手部麻木可能由手臂及腕部的神经或神经分支受到损伤、刺激或压迫所致。

    糖尿病等影响周围神经的疾病也可能导致麻木。但糖尿病通常先引起足部麻木。

    手部麻木由大脑或脊髓问题引起的情况并不常见。出现这种情况时,通常还伴随手臂或手部无力、活动受限。单纯的麻木通常与卒中或肿瘤等危险状况无关。
