Randall R. DeMartino, M.D., M.S., is a vascular and endovascular surgeon at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. DeMartino earned his Doctor of Medicine from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. He completed his Master of Science in Clinical & Health Services Research at Dartmouth College.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. DeMartino is an active leader in research and education, holding leadership roles in regional and national vascular quality-improvement groups. His research and publications center on quality improvement and outcomes analysis in vascular surgery. Dr. DeMartino established the Vascular Quality Initiative at Mayo Clinic and was the Medical Director and co-founder of the Upper Midwest Vascular Network to integrate quality of vascular care in the upper Midwest. He is the Co-Director of the Mayo Clinic Center for Aortic Diseases.
