Mayo Clinic volunteers have opportunities to work in several retail environments designed to serve the needs of patients, families and visitors.
Gift shops
Greet and serve customers at the Methodist Campus Gift Shop or Sisters Crossing Gift Shop, Saint Marys Campus. Responsibilities also include stocking shelves and delivering items to patients. Volunteers may also attend gift markets, where they assist as buyers to help select merchandise for the shops.
Mayo Clinic Store — Compression, Mastectomy and Wigs
Assist patients by making appointments and showing educational videos to patients experiencing cosmetic side effects of medical treatment. Provide information for transplant patients managing skin issues caused by medications.

Greet and assist customers in locating medical supplies at the Mayo Clinic Store, a medical supply store owned and operated by Mayo Clinic.
