صفير الصدر هو عبارة عن صفير بنبرة عالية يصدر عند التنفس، وغالباً ما يرتبط بصعوبة في التنفس. وقد يحدث الصفير أثناء دفع النفس خارج الجسم (الزفير) أو أثناء سحب النفس (الشهيق).
