概述

皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤是一种始发于白细胞的罕见癌症。这种癌症累及皮肤。

皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤是指仅限于皮肤的 B 细胞淋巴瘤。之所以被称为皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤，是因为它会影响名为 B 细胞的抗病菌白细胞。这些细胞又名 B 淋巴细胞。

皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤是一种非霍奇金淋巴瘤。影响皮肤的另一种非霍奇金淋巴瘤是皮肤 T 细胞淋巴瘤。这种类型始于 T 淋巴细胞。皮肤 T 细胞淋巴瘤比皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤更常见。

皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤的治疗可能包括观察、放射疗法和手术切除癌变部位。其他治疗方案可能包括皮肤靶向药物、化疗和免疫疗法。皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤可以治愈。但是经常再次出现，也就是复发。

类型

皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤的类型包括：

  • 原发性皮肤滤泡中心性淋巴瘤。 这是最常见的皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤类型。通常出现在头皮、面部、前额及躯干。原发性皮肤滤泡中心性淋巴瘤通常生长缓慢且预后极佳。
  • 原发性皮肤边缘区 B 细胞淋巴瘤。 这是第二常见的皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤类型。它大多出现在躯干、手臂和头上。原发性皮肤边缘区 B 细胞淋巴瘤通常生长缓慢且预后极佳。但是，此类型会在大约半数患者中复发。
  • 原发性皮肤弥漫大 B 细胞淋巴瘤（腿型）。 这是最罕见的皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤类型。它主要出现在单侧或双侧腿上，但也可能出现在其他地方。原发性皮肤弥漫大 B 细胞淋巴瘤（腿型）通常生长迅速且预后较差。这一类型复发率高，而且复发时可能扩散到皮肤以外。
  • 血管内弥漫大 B 细胞淋巴瘤。 这一类型与其他类型的皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤不同。它不限于皮肤，而是在皮肤及其他身体部位的小血管中形成。因此，它可能影响任何器官。皮肤和中枢神经系统是最常见的发病部位。如果是在皮肤中发病，最常出现在腿部和躯干。有些患者可能先出现发热或脑部症状，然后才出现皮肤症状。血管内弥漫大 B 细胞淋巴瘤通常生长迅速且预后较差。
