如果确诊皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤，下一步是确定这种癌症的严重程度（分期）。可能会使用活检、影像学检查和血液检测来确定 B 细胞淋巴瘤的分期。医疗护理团队会使用癌症分期来帮助制定治疗计划。

其他类型的癌症通常用数字进行分期，如 1 期、2 期、3 期和 4 期。皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤不采用数字分期。而是通过分期描述身体受癌症影响的程度。皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤采用 TNM 分期系统进行分期。TNM 代表肿瘤、淋巴结和转移。

对于皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤，肿瘤是指皮肤上存在的病变数量、位置和大小：

  • T0。 不存在病变。
  • T1。 只有一处皮肤区域出现斑块、病变或结节。
  • T2。 存在多处病变。这些病变可能集中在一个皮肤区域，或位于相邻的两个皮肤区域。
  • T3。 在多个不相邻的皮肤区域出现多处病变。

淋巴结是指淋巴结是否受累：

  • N0。 没有淋巴结受累。
  • N1。 有一处淋巴结区域受累。
  • N2。 超过两个淋巴结区域受累。
  • N3。 癌细胞已扩散至中央淋巴结。

转移是指癌细胞是否已扩散至身体其他部位：

  • M0。 癌细胞尚未扩散至皮肤以外。
  • M1。 癌细胞已扩散至其他器官，如肝脏、肺、骨髓或脾脏。

例如，早期皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤可能被标记为 T1N0M0。更具侵袭性且已扩散至皮肤以外的晚期皮肤 B 细胞淋巴瘤可能被标记为 T3N3M1。一旦扩散至皮肤以外，就不再作为皮肤淋巴瘤进行治疗，而是作为系统性淋巴瘤进行治疗。

Cutaneous B-cell lymphoma prognosis

The cancer prognosis tells you how likely it is that the cancer can be treated successfully. Your personal prognosis may depend on:

  • Your age.
  • Your overall health.
  • How much of the body is affected by cancer.
  • Your blood test results.
