العائد الوريدي الرئوي الشاذ الكلي نظرة عامة

العَوْد الوريدي الكامل الرئوي الشاذ حالة مرَضية قلبية نادرة تظهر عند الولادة. ويعني هذا أنها عيب خلقي في القلب.

ومن الأسماء الأخرى لتلك الحالة:

  • الاتصال الوريدي الكامل الرئوي الشاذ.
  • TAPVC.

في هذه الحالة القلبية، تكون الأوعية الدموية الرئوية، التي تُسمى الأوردة الرئوية، متصلة بغير مواضعها الصحيحة في القلب.

في القلب الطبيعي، يتدفق الدم الغني بالأكسجين من الرئتين إلى الحجرة العلوية اليسرى في القلب، التي تُسمى الأذين الأيسر، ثم ينتقل الدم إلى بقية أعضاء الجسم.

عند الإصابة بالعَوْد الوريدي الكامل الرئوي الشاذ، تكون مواضع اتصال الأوردة متغيرة. ويتدفق الدم عبر حجرة القلب العلوية اليمنى، التي تُسمى الأذين الأيمن. ويؤدي هذا التغيير في تدفق الدم إلى اختلاط الدم المفتقر للأكسجين بالدم الغني بالأكسجين. ونتيجة لذلك، لا يحتوي الدم المتدفق إلى الجسم على كمية كافية من الأكسجين.

يعتمد نوع العَوْد الوريدي الكامل الرئوي الشاذ على مكان اتصال الأوردة. لا تحتوي السيرة المرَضية العائلية لمعظم الأطفال الذين يولدونبالعَوْد الوريدي الكامل الرئوي الشاذ على الإصابة بمرض القلب الخلقي.
