Biographical summary
Dr. Irving Jorge is the Chair of the Division of Acute Care Surgery at Mayo Clinic Arizona. Dr. Jorge has completed additional advanced training in laparoscopy, robotics and minimally invasive surgery. His clinical focus includes:
- Expertise in the management of all types of abdominal wall hernias, including inguinal, umbilical, incisional and complex hernias in an open and minimally invasive fashion.
- Complex abdominal wall fistulas.
- Management of gallstones and common bile duct stones.
- Robotic surgery.
- Surgical management of Gastroparesis.
