Nitin N Katariya, M.D., is a Transplant and Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary surgeon at Mayo Clinic in Arizona.

Dr. Katariya uses a combination of open, laparoscopic and other minimally invasive techniques to treat patients. Dr. Katariya is the current surgical director of our pancreas transplant program and highly involved with liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant. In addition, his passion is in clinical surgical education and is very involved with our transplant fellowship program locally as well as nationally for the American Society of Transplant Surgeons (ASTS) as well as the Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (AHPBA). He is vice-chair elect for the ASTS Curriculum Committee.
