Serves 4

Tip: Serve this fresh uncooked tomato salsa with chips, tacos or grilled fish.

  1. Add 2 Roma tomatoes.
  2. Add 1/4 cup diced onion.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno pepper.
  4. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro.
  5. Add 1 clove garlic.
  6. Add 1/4 cup fresh lime juice.
  7. Add 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
  8. Mix well.
