Cancer survivors clinic
This clinic provides care for people who have completed a variety of cancer treatments. This clinic can:
- Help you better understand your diagnosis, your treatment and the potential side effects you may face
- Provide recommendations about follow-up care, such as how often you can expect to meet with your doctor and the types of tests that are appropriate for you
- Create a healthy-living plan
- Address any physical and psychological issues you face, such as fatigue, hot flashes, joint pains, change in sexual function, change in bowel or bladder function, anxiety, depression, change in body image, change in weight, memory loss or confusion, numbness and tingling, difficulty sleeping, and family discord
Long-term follow-up after donor stem cell transplant
This clinic provides care for survivors of stem cell transplants from donor cells (allogeneic stem cell transplants). Experts who participate in this clinic include:

Gynecologic cancer survivors clinic
This clinic is for survivors of endometrial cancer, vulvar cancer, cervical cancer and ovarian cancer. Women with these cancers are followed over time and referrals are provided to experts, when needed, including:
- Genetic counselors
- Lymphedema therapists
- Dietitians
- Psychologists
Managing symptoms and monitoring for cancer recurrence are priorities in this clinic.
Lymphoma survivors clinic
This clinic is for people who are in remission from lymphoma and who have received any type of therapy other than stem cells from a donor (allogeneic stem cell transplant).
Lymphoma survivors are generally seen immediately following active cancer therapy, but can be evaluated at any time after treatment is completed.
The lymphoma survivorship clinic works with your hematologist and primary care provider to provide coordinated care.
Services may include:
