Biographical summary
Dr. Toni Horton, DO, FACOG is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and fellowship-trained complex benign gynecologist in Jacksonville, Florida. She completed her Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery
(MIGS) fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, following her OBGYN residency at Cleveland Clinic Akron General.
Dr. Horton’s clinical interests focus on advanced laparoscopic and robotic gynecologic surgery, pelvic pain, endometriosis, and surgical education. She has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in
minimally invasive gynecology and has presented nationally at the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the Society for Gynecologic Surgeons.
An award-winning educator and leader, Dr. Horton has served in key academic roles, including Director of Simulation, and she has been recognized with national honors for excellence in medical education and surgical training. She is passionate about advancing surgical innovation, simulation-based education, and delivering patient-centered, evidence-based gynecologic care.
