Todd Rozen, M.D., is a neurologist at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida who treats chronic daily headache, cluster headache, headache, hemicrania and migraine. In addition, Dr. Rozen is interested in cluster headache, new daily persistenting headache, migraine (episodic and chronic), trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias, chronic daily headache, hemicrania continua, prolonged auras, SUNCT syndrome (short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache with conjunctival injection and tearing), post-procedure headache and cervicogenic headache.

He completed medical school at the State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn, New York and his neurology residency training at Mayo Clinic Hospital — Rochester. He subsequently completed a headache fellowship at the Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and was an attending neurologist at the Jefferson Headache Center/Thomas Jefferson University for three years. Dr. Rozen then became Director of Headache Research at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Next, he trained at the Michigan Head-Pain and Neurological Institute in Ann Arbor, Michigan one of the pre-eminent programs for intractable headache in the United States where he served as Director of Outpatient Services. Dr. Rozen then served as the Director of the Geisinger Headache Center in Pennsylvania for more than six years.

Dr. Rozen has won the "Best Doctors in America Award" six times over the years. In addition, he won the American Association for the Study of Headache/Pfizer Headache Research Award and the Young Investigator Research Award. He has written more than 100 articles about headache and has co-authored two books. Dr. Rozen was the 2006 winner of the American Academy of Neurology: Harold Wolff-John Graham Award for his headache research, and has lectured on the subject of headache in the United States and abroad.
