Bradley Thompson, M.D., is an instructor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. His clinical focus is in musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and amputee medicine.

  • Rehabilitation/prosthetic management for patients with upper and lower extremity amputations
  • Conservative management of musculoskeletal disorders, including osteoarthritis (spine & extremities), tendinopathy
  • Conservative management of neuromuscular disorders, including cervical and lumbar radiculopathy, spinal stenosis
  • Promoting patients' understanding of the underlying cause of their musculoskeletal or neurologic symptoms
  • Educating and empowering patients to become partners in managing their symptoms

In addition to his clinical activities in Rochester, Dr. Thompson is active in research and education, providing mentorship to medical students and fellows, and has a Mayo Clinic Health Systems community Practice in Owatonna, MN.
