Vaccine appointment
Vaccination is the best defense against getting the flu. Schedule an appointment for flu vaccines at Mayo Clinic campuses in Arizona, Florida and Minnesota.
Arizona
Flu vaccine appointments are available to all registered Mayo Clinic patients at select primary care locations from September 14 through the end of October. Additional appointment times may be offered based on patient demand.
Patients may:
- Schedule directly through the patient portal.
- Request an appointment order from their care team.
- Walk-in for a vaccine appointment, if available.
Appointment locations are:
- Mayo Clinic Building – Scottsdale. 13400 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85259
- Mayo Clinic Family Medicine – Thunderbird. 13737 N. 92nd St., Scottsdale, AZ 85260
- Mayo Clinic Primary Care – Phoenix. E. Mayo Blvd., Phoenix, AZ 85054
Walk-in flu shots will be available at the following locations September 21 to October 9, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.:
- Mayo Clinic Building PHX-3: Patient Library in the main lobby. 5881 E Mayo Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85054
- Mayo Clinic Building SCT-1: Concourse Atrium. 13400 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85259
Florida
Seasonal flu vaccines are available at Mayo Clinic in Florida starting Sept. 14, 2026. To check for availability, call the Flu Vaccine Information Hotline at 904-953-0301. This hotline is updated as the vaccine supply status changes.
- Primary care patients. Primary care patients of the Department of Family Medicine, Division of Regional Medicine and Division of Community Internal Medicine may receive the flu vaccine at their regularly scheduled visits.
The Gate Parkway, Beaches and St. Augustine locations offer flu vaccine appointments. To make a flu vaccine appointment at these locations, patients may call the specific location or schedule through the patient portal starting Sept. 14, 2026.
All primary care patients age 6 months and older may receive flu vaccines at the vaccine clinic, which is located on the third floor of the Cannaday Building. Appointments are requested. Mayo Clinic patients may call 904-956-8700 or request an appointment for these locations through the patient portal starting Sept. 14, 2026. Children ages 6 months to 9 years can receive a flu shot in the Department of Family Medicine.
- All other Mayo Clinic patients. Flu vaccines will be available at the Jacksonville campus of Mayo Clinic on the third floor of the Cannaday Building. Appointments are requested. Mayo Clinic patients may call 904-956-8700 or request an appointment for these locations through the patient portal starting Sept. 14, 2026.
Flu vaccines are available starting Sept. 14, 2026, at:
Cannaday Building, Third Floor, within Department of Family Medicine, Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville
- 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Friday
Minnesota
Mayo Clinic patients who are 6 months and older may receive a flu vaccine by scheduling an appointment or asking for a flu vaccine at an existing appointment.
