生存率

生存率描述的是中枢神经系统（CNS）淋巴瘤患者在一定时间（通常为确诊后五年）后的存活率。

原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的生存率因年龄而异。年龄较小者的生存率往往高于成人。各年龄段的五年生存率如下：

  • 0 到 14 岁：86%。
  • 15 到 39 岁：61%。
  • 40 岁及以上：38%。

原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤患者的结局往往优于继发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤患者。这是因为继发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤通常在淋巴瘤已经影响身体其他部位之后才发生。

CNS 淋巴瘤可能在治疗后复发。如果出现复发，通常发生在诊断后的前几年内。如果复发，或许能用其他治疗帮助控制病情。

近年来，CNS 淋巴瘤的治疗取得了进步。许多患者治疗效果良好，随着新疗法的不断开发，生存率也有所提高。

影响预后的因素

癌症预后有助于预测癌症可能对治疗产生的反应和预期情况。影响 CNS 淋巴瘤预后的因素有很多。

预后可能取决于以下因素：

  • 您的年龄。
  • 整体健康状况。
  • 淋巴瘤是原发性还是继发性。
  • 脑、脊髓、脑脊液或眼睛受累的程度。
  • 淋巴瘤对治疗的反应情况。
  • 淋巴瘤在治疗后是否复发。
  • 您是否患有 HIV 或影响免疫系统的其他状况。

有些患者治疗 CNS 淋巴瘤后可能进入长期缓解期。另一些患者则可能出现复发，可能需要进一步治疗。
