Biographical summary
Dr. Dan Trifiletti is Professor of Radiation Oncology at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, specializing in the treatment of primary and metastatic brain tumors, spinal tumors and other complex neurologic conditions.
He provides advanced, individualized cancer care using leading-edge radiation therapies, with expertise in stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), proton therapy, image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) and intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT).
Dr. Trifiletti is committed to combining precision radiation oncology with the latest advances in cancer research to deliver personalized treatment plans that maximize effectiveness while minimizing treatment-related side effects. He works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients have access to innovative therapies, including clinical trials and emerging treatment approaches when appropriate.
