SARS-CoV-2 vaccine (mRNA-LNP, spike protein) is under investigation as an active immunization against COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus in persons 6 months of age and older. SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) vaccine is used to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).

This vaccine is to be given only by or under the direct supervision of your doctor.

Monovalent Moderna COVID-19 vaccine is no longer authorized for use in the United States.
