And if you are infected, but you don't get sick because of the vaccine, you can still replicate the virus and transmit the virus.

Currently, our recommendations are that if you've received the vaccine you still wear a mask, maintain social distancing, frequent hand washing, and avoid gathering in large social circumstances.
