Her clinical focus includes:

  • A multi-disciplinary approach to evaluate and treat hand and wrist arthritis with a variety of options, including nonoperative approaches, joint replacement, or salvage surgical procedures tailored to each patient.
  • Management of peripheral nerve disorders, including compressive neuropathies and acute nerve injuries.
  • Performing minimally invasive surgeries, from arthroscopy to ultrasound-guided procedures.
  • Treating complex hand and wrist trauma and performing reconstructive surgery for acute fractures and tendon injuries.

Additionally, Dr. Tagliero is actively engaged in advancing the field through research and education. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and multiple book chapters and is passionate about training the next generation of orthopedic surgeons through the Mayo Clinic residency program.
