Dr. Han serves as Senior Associate Consultant in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Mayo Clinic and Associate Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. Board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology, he completed his medical degree, residency, and chief residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, followed by fellowship and advanced fellowship in therapeutic endoscopy at the University of Colorado.

His academic work focuses on improving endoscopic techniques, optimizing outcomes for patients with chronic pancreatitis, and advancing education in therapeutic endoscopy. Dr. Han has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and is active in multiple professional societies, including the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, where he holds leadership roles.
