Introduction to Tai Chi

Introduction to Tai Chi is a free 60-minute class. After completing this class, you should be able to:

  • Describe possible benefits from practicing Tai chi/Qigong
  • List some principles important to the practice of Tai Chi/Qigong
  • Demonstrate basic tai chi and/or qigong practices

This class includes instruction, discussion and an opportunity to ask questions. You'll receive a packet containing a summary of class content and related materials for future reference.
