Prasanth Balasubramanian, M.D., is a Transplant Pulmonologist in the Division of Lung Failure and Transplantation, at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. His clinical and research focuses on lung transplantation, outcomes research, and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). Dr. Balasubramanian completed his training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, with a specialized focus on lung transplantation. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented at national and international conferences, including the American Thoracic Society (ATS), CHEST and the International Society for Heart & Lung Transplantation (ISHLT).
