Side Effects

Along with its needed effects, a medicine may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.

Check with your doctor immediately if any of the following side effects occur:

More common

  1. Chills
  2. dizziness
  3. fast heartbeat
  4. lightheadedness
  5. rapid, shallow breathing
  6. rash
  7. unusual bleeding or bruising

Less common

  1. Change in vision
  2. eye pain
  3. headache
  4. nausea or vomiting
  5. tearing
  6. unexplained nosebleeds

Incidence not known

  1. Bloody mucus
  2. cough or hoarseness
  3. difficulty with breathing
  4. dizziness
  5. hives or welts, itching
  6. loss of taste and smell
  7. sores inside the nose

Other side effects not listed may also occur in some patients. If you notice any other effects, check with your healthcare professional.
