DO: Learn about possible effects of your treatment. For example, pain, fatigue and sleep problems are all common and can linger after treatment. KNOW: Your health and therapy history are key. Depending on your treatments, your heart, bones and circulatory system may need custom care. DO: Treat fitness like it's your business. Exercise often. Eat healthy. These habits reduce side effects and improve well-being after cancer. KNOW: Most effects are not life-threatening. Treat them early to live better.
