Scientists in the Department of Clinical Genomics-Research at Mayo Clinic research a wide range of diseases and conditions that have a genetic basis. They do this research to help improve prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

Researchers in the Transplant Research Center are actively engaged in studying improved surgical procedures, and developing new antirejection medicines, treatments and techniques to make transplants safer and available to more people.
