A Study to Evaluate 68Ga- PSMA-Dual Contrast PET/MRI and PET/CT for Hepatocellular Carcinoma Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility and diagnostic performance of 68Ga PSMA-dual contrast PET/MRI for detection and staging of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC), and to compare it with standard-of-care (SOC) imaging. Additionally, this study aims to identify the biologic correlates of biomarkers derived from 68Ga PSMA-dual contrast PET/MRI with histopathology features and PSMA immunostaining of HCC. A Study to Compare Somatostatin Analogues with Perioperative Antibiotics versus Prolonged Antibiotics Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to to determine the individual treatment effect of somatostatin and whether duration of antibiotic therapy coupled with octreotide provides improved outcomes after pancreaticoduodenectomy. A Novel Vaccine (EO2463) as Monotherapy and in Combination, for Treatment of Patients With Indolent Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to define the recommended dose, safety, tolerability, immunogenicity, and preliminary effectiveness of EO2463 during monotherapy and in combination with lenalidomide and/or rituximab in patients with indolent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL). Bladder Bank (a Prospective Banking Study) Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to establish samples (blood and urine) to support the development of non-invasive tests for early detection of bladder cancer A Study of 177Lu-FAP-2286 in Advanced Solid Tumors (LuMIERE) Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of [177Lu]Lu-FAP-2286 as monotherapy in participants with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and breast cancer (BC) and in combination with chemotherapy in participants with untreated PDAC or relapsed NSCLC. Testing the Addition of an Anti-cancer Drug, Selinexor, to the Usual Chemotherapy Treatment (Temozolomide) for Brain Tumors That Have Returned After Previous Treatment Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of phase 1 of this trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of temozolomide followed by selinexor in recurrent glioblastoma patients as determined by dose-limiting toxicities [DLTs] and the total toxicity profile. The purpose of phase 2 of this trial is to evaluate the effectiveness of sequentially administering temozolomide and selinexor in recurrent glioblastoma as determined by progression-free survival [PFS]. Taletrectinib Phase 2 Global Study in ROS1 Positive NSCLC Rochester, Minn. The main purpose of the study is to evaluate safety and effectiveness of taletrectinib (also known as AB-106 or DS-6051b) monotherapy in the treatment of advanced NSCLC. A Study of Women undergoing Mammogram Screening at Mountain Park Clinic Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The goal of this research is to identify risk profiles of women (with particular emphasis on Hispanic women) for breast cancer based on family history, breast density and other factors known to impact risk such as age, weight, age at menarche, age at birth of first child, etc. A Study to Evaluate Minimal Residual Disease in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to compare whether minimal residual disease (MRD) flow cytometric assay is not affected by different anticoagulants. Aggressive Malignancy PDX (Avatar) and Cryopreservation Program Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to assess the ability to successfully create numerous validated patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models from patient tumor specimens obtained at surgery/biopsy via the new Pathology/TRAG cryopreservation protocol, and to generate a large catalog and repertoire of previously unavailable histologically validated PDX. The patient comes first. So the mission and research here is to advance how we can best help the patient, how to make sure the patient comes first in care. So in many ways, it's a cycle. It can start with as simple as an idea worked on in a laboratory, brought to the patient bedside, and if everything goes right — and let's say it's helpful or beneficial — then brought on as a standard approach. And I think that is one of the unique characteristics of Mayo's approach to research — that patient-centeredness — that really helps to put it in its own spotlight.
