A Study Of ABBV-383 With Relapsed Refractory Waldenström Macroglobulinemia Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to determine the safety, maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and RP2D of ABBV-383 monotherapy for patients with RRWM and to determine VGPR or deeper response as the best response achieved with ABBV 383 within 12 cycles of initiation of therapy for patients with RRWM. A Study Of Intravital Microscopy (IVM) In Human Solid Tumors Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of performing HIVM in patients with deep space solid tumors during standard course of surgical resection. Tafasitamab, Lenalidomide And Venetoclax For The Treatment Of Relapsed Or Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to determine how well tafasitamab, lenalidomide and venetoclax work in treating patients with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back (after a period of improvement) (relapsed) or that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). A Study To Evaluate Azacitidine Plus Venetoclax Induction Chemotherapy To Treat Acute Myeloid Leukemia Patients For T-cell Directed Immunotherapy Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to evaluate immune profile of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) patients receiving Venetoclax plus Azacitidine induction chemotherapy. Gastrointestinal-Related Cancers and Diseases Rochester, Minn. The purpose of applying to the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for the collection of GI-related tissue is to enable comprehensive molecular investigations into the mechanisms underlying gastrointestinal cancers and diseases. Study of RP-6306 With FOLFIRI in Advanced Solid Tumors Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The primary purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of RP-6306 with FOLFIRI in patients with eligible advanced solid tumors, determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), identify a recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) and preferred schedule, and assess preliminary anti-tumor activity. Investigation Of Ubamatamab Combination Therapy In Adult Participants With Platinum-Resistant Ovarian Cancer Jacksonville, Fla. This study is researching an experimental drug called ubamatamab, also referred to as "study drug". The study is focused on participants who have advanced ovarian cancer. The aim of the study is to see how safe, tolerable, and effective the study drug is on its own and in combination with other anti-cancer drugs (bevacizumab, cemiplimab, fianlimab, REGN10597 and a standard chemotherapy drug, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin \[PLD\]), referred to as "combination drugs'.The study is looking at several other research questions, including:* What side effects may happen from taking the study drug and its experimental combinations* How much study drug and fianlimab is in the blood at different times* Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects) and its combinations Effect of Agent Orange Exposure on Endocrine Tumor Aggressiveness Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The intent is to collect relevant clinical data on patients exposed to Agent Orange plus assessment of the tissue for genetic mutations known to be associated with growth of thyroid cancer and pituitary tumors and report our findings as a descriptive case series. A Colon Bank for Early Detection of Colon Cancer Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to establish a biobank of samples (blood and stool) to support the development of non-invasive tests for early detection of colon cancer and its precursors. Extracellular Impact Of Ultrasound-induced Blood-brain Barrier Disruption Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of focused ultrasound (FUS) on the composition of the tumor extracellular microenvironment. The patient comes first. So the mission and research here is to advance how we can best help the patient, how to make sure the patient comes first in care. So in many ways, it's a cycle. It can start with as simple as an idea worked on in a laboratory, brought to the patient bedside, and if everything goes right — and let's say it's helpful or beneficial — then brought on as a standard approach. And I think that is one of the unique characteristics of Mayo's approach to research — that patient-centeredness — that really helps to put it in its own spotlight.
