Each of the following endocrinology and metabolism specialty groups is made up of experts committed to evaluating and treating people with endocrine/metabolic diseases and conducting research.

Mayo Clinic's Division of Endocrinology is organized into clinical specialty groups. The primary goals of these groups are to:

• Identify and critically review new or emerging diagnostic and treatment strategies and, when appropriate, incorporate them into the divisional practice.
• Foster, encourage, and coordinate research and education within their areas of expertise.
• Monitor the activities of and provide staffing to the corresponding subspecialty clinic.
