Biographical summary
Ricardo J. Pagán, M.D., is a board-certified internal medicine physician and hospital medicine specialist who cares for patients with complex multisystem illness, sepsis, acute cardiopulmonary conditions, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, pulmonary hypertension, and other serious inpatient medical conditions. He serves as Chair of the Division of Hospital Internal Medicine and Associate Chair for Inpatient Practice in the Department of Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Pagán is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for hospitalized patients facing complex and often life-threatening medical challenges while helping coordinate care across multiple specialties.
