Rijul S. Kshirsagar, M.D.

Dr. Rijul Kshirsagar is a board-certified otolaryngologist and fellowship-trained rhinologist and skull base surgeon in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He provides comprehensive care for patients with conditions affecting the nose, sinuses, and skull base, with a focus on complex and refractory disease. His practice emphasizes advanced endoscopic techniques, multidisciplinary care, and individualized treatment planning.

Dr. Kshirsagar earned his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed residency training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center, followed by fellowship training in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Kshirsagar is engaged in research focused on improving outcomes in skull base surgery and rhinology. His work includes sinonasal oncology, skull base reconstruction, and the application of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance diagnosis and treatment. He is an active member of the American Rhinologic Society, the North American Skull Base Society, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
