Madhusudan Grover, M.B.B.S.

Madhusudan Grover, M.B.B.S., is a consultant in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Grover specializes in treating complex gastrointestinal disorders with a focus on neurogastrointestinal and motility conditions. He is board-certified in gastroenterology. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Grover is actively engaged in translational and clinical research aimed at improving understanding and care for disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome and gastroparesis.

Dr. Grover also serves as an associate professor of physiology and professor of medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science, where he contributes to education and mentoring of future clinicians and investigators. He is the director of the motility group at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

His research seeks to define biomarkers and targeted therapies to improve outcomes for patients with neurogastrointestinal disorders and disorders of gut-brain interactions. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Investigation and serves as board of directors of the Rome Foundation, a premier international not-for-profit organization to advance care of patients with disorders of gut-brain interactions.
