يعد طور النوم المتأخر— المعروف رسميًا بالاضطراب النومي لطور النوم — الاستيقاظ المتأخر — اضطرابًا نوميًا في ساعة النوم الداخلية (النظم اليوماوي)، يتأخر فيه نمط نومك ساعتين أو أكثر عن نمط النوم التقليدي؛ مسببًا لك النوم متأخرًا والاستيقاظ متأخرًا.
