Dr. Thanarajasingam has expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of lupus and other connective tissue diseases. She has developed particular expertise in autoimmune side effects of cancer immunotherapies (e.g. "immune-related adverse events.") She is involved in clinical and translational research in these areas. In addition to her clinical and research activities, she enjoys teaching the Internal Medicine residents and Rheumatology fellows.
