Kristen McCullough, Pharm.D., is a hematology clinical pharmacy specialist with interest in acute leukemias, chronic myeloid leukemia, myeloproliferative disorders, and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant. Her clinic time is devoted to providing patient-centered, collaborative services focused on medication appropriateness, effectiveness, safety, and adherence.

Dr. McCullough also serves her profession through committee participation with the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacists Association (HOPA) and the Bone Marrow Transplant Clinical Trial Network (BMT CTN).
