如果已经确诊霍奇金淋巴瘤，下一步是确定癌症的扩散范围（称为分期）。可能使用影像学检查、血液检测和活检来确定霍奇金淋巴瘤的分期。医护团队使用癌症分期来帮助制定治疗计划。

霍奇金淋巴瘤的分期包括 1 期到 4 期：

  • 淋巴瘤 1 期。 霍奇金淋巴瘤 1 期仅累及一个淋巴结区域。
  • 淋巴瘤 2 期。 霍奇金淋巴瘤 2 期累及隔膜同侧的两个或多个淋巴结区域。
  • 淋巴瘤 3 期。 霍奇金淋巴瘤 3 期累及隔膜两侧的淋巴结区域。
  • 淋巴瘤 4 期。 霍奇金淋巴瘤 4 期累及淋巴结以外的区域。

霍奇金淋巴瘤分期也可能包括字母 A 和 B。字母 A 表示没有出现令人担心的淋巴瘤症状。字母 B 表示出现了某些症状，如严重盗汗、发热或体重下降。

霍奇金淋巴瘤预后

癌症预后能告知您癌症可被治疗或治愈的可能性。您的预后可能取决于：

  • 您的年龄。
  • 整体健康状况。
  • 您所患霍奇金淋巴瘤的类型。
  • 癌症分期。
  • 您的血液检测结果。

对于霍奇金淋巴瘤，医务人员可能会将您的预后分为以下三类之一：

  • 早期低危。 这意味着您的癌症处于 1 期或 2 期，且没有影响预后的风险因素。
  • 早期高危。 这意味着您的癌症处于 1 期或 2 期，但您存在一个或多个风险因素。
  • 晚期。 这意味着您的癌症处于 3 期或 4 期。

影响您预后的风险因素包括您的年龄、淋巴结大小（尤其是胸部淋巴结）、是否有症状，以及受累淋巴结区域的数量。另一个风险因素是红细胞在试管中的沉降速度。这一指标被称为红细胞沉降率。沉降率高于正常水平可能意味着癌症进展更快。
