Clark Otley, M.D., is a board-certified dermatologist and micrographic dermatologic surgeon with expertise in skin cancer. He is also a Professor of Dermatology at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.

Dr. Otley attended medical school at Duke University in Durham, NC. He completed an internship in internal medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, and specialty training in dermatology at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Otley completed fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology at Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Otley's clinical practice focuses on the treatment of patients with complex skin cancer including patients with immunosuppression from organ transplantation and other causes. His research interests include outcomes research, novel techniques, and innovation in the areas of skin cancer, perioperative management and reconstruction. He is the founding president of the International Transplant Skin Cancer Collaborative and has served as president of the American College of Mohs Surgery. Dr. Otley received the Mayo Distinguished Clinician Award in 2015.
