        Your patient receives expert consultation with coordinated diagnostics, often including same-day imaging results on-site.

      • STEP 04 - Report & communication

        You receive a detailed report with rapid turnaround. We maintain communication throughout your patient’s care.

    • We accept physician referrals for standalone diagnostic imaging and endoscopy — not only for our own patients, but for those referred directly from external providers in the community.

    • You can refer a patient by email at ukmchreferral@mayo.edu, by phone on +44 (0)20 7871 2575, via our online appointment request form, or by downloading and submitting our radiology referral form (PDF). Our liaison team will confirm receipt and guide you through the next steps. 

    • We prioritise rapid access. Our specialist referral team aims to confirm an appointment within 24-48 hours of receiving a referral. Depending on the clinical urgency and specialty, patients can often be seen within days. Same day diagnostic results are available for most imaging modalities on-site. 

    • Yes. In addition to specialist referral, we accept physician referrals for standalone diagnostic imaging and endoscopy from external providers. Download our radiology referral form to get started, or call our team directly.

    • Yes. Our GP and consultant liaison team maintains ongoing communication with referring clinicians throughout the episode of care. You will receive a detailed clinical report promptly on completion, with rapid turnaround as standard. 

    • Yes. Through our London clinic and global Mayo Clinic network, you can access over 4,000 specialists with expertise in rare, complex, and undiagnosed conditions. We offer collaborative case review as well as direct specialist referral.
