Research into new ways to improve the diagnosis and treatment of plasmacytoma continues at Mayo Clinic through laboratory investigations and clinical trials.

Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center receives funding from the National Cancer Institute and is designated as a comprehensive cancer center.
