These include but are not limited to the following: Specialty groups related to this department Cancer genetics and genetic counseling Gastrointestinal pathology Gynecologic oncology Pain Medicine Palliative Care in Minnesota Surgical Oncology and Endocrine Surgery in Arizona Women's Health Multispecialty tumor boardsProgram specialists meet weekly as a group to discuss treatment options for patients with early-onset gastrointestinal cancers. This ensures that the group discusses each patient in conjunction with relevant medical and surgical specialties and reviews the patient's imaging and pathology. This is a distinctive feature of our cancer program. Dedicated time during our tumor boards is focused on those with early-onset and hereditary forms of gastrointestinal cancers.
